Want someone to write a program to configure the chip , CMX264

A code is needed to program this chip CMX264. The chip uses CBUS to configure it, .
It requires a good understanding of writing to chips in bits.
We have tried programming the chip but we could not control it consistently.
We would prefer a code that works with Arduino or artmel chips like that of the Teensy.
Also we would like advice on any other aspects that may be affecting the function of the chip.
