I am looking for a quote for signed / stamped structural engineering services for a new construction home. The PE stamp needs to be for Texas.
The attached plans show two second floor decks. We would like the decks to be patterned concrete or possibly tile.
The decks are entertainment areas so there is a potential for a crowd.

The front entry roof needs to be evaluated for structural requirements
I have attached a drawing in autocad format for reference which i believe provides you with the data you need to perform the work. If there is something else you will need please advise as part of your quote.
I have a designer working all of the other elements of the plans and he is scheduled to be complete by mid June.
I would like the appropriate engineering specification as a PDF file by 19 June if possible with a signed/stamped copy sent by email there-after.
