I'm in search of a highly skilled and experienced Revit architect to expediently craft two design sets for modern townhouses in line with Australian Standards.
I need first design set with edits daily completed in 7 days, then construction version in 4 weeks.
Design is mostly complete just needs some detailed resolution and documentation.
Here are the key project requirements:
* Expert knowledge of AS 2870 Residential Slabs and Footings, AS 1684 Residential Timber Framed Construction and AS 3600 Concrete Structures is required.
* The ideal professional should have a good grasp of modern architectural design styles, as this is the preferred style for the townhouses.
* The timeline is tight. Comprehensive design sets are needed in a week, then we'll proceed to construction phase which should be completed in 4 weeks.
Next stage after this will be for 3D modelling.
