Hire an App Developer

I want to develop an SMS system that allows:

-Simple data input by a client

-Data inputted by the client is stored in a database

-Database content automates dispatch of SMS (to a particular recipient, at a time/date/frequency/end point defined as data collected in the first step)

-Some outbound SMS to the recipient won't require a response. Some outbound SMS will ask the recipient to respond - this 2-way interaction will be automated by a chat-bot.

-All SMS to/from should be captured in the original database

-All SMS to/from interactions to appear in Zendesk under the particular recipient and conversation under one ticket.

I have been able to get parts of the above together as a non-developer using Google Forms and Sheets, Zapier for automating and scheduling SMS dispatch, [url removed, login to view] for a SMS chat-bot, and Smooch to catalog the conversations.

I haven't been able to get the SMS dispatched using Zapier (via Twilio) to work with the Dexter chat-bot, nor have the conversations log in Zendesk using Smooch. Individually all these elements have worked, but I need some help with integrating it fully.

So I am looking for someone who is very familiar with all these tools, and also can add code to enable the parts that haven't integrated.
