High End Architectural Millwork Shop is looking for a Part time Book keeper/Office Manager
Your duties will include
Payroll,payroll taxes, all quarterly and yearly tax filings including W2's and 1099's
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, basic HR duties.
Bank Recs, account reconciliations, knowledge of General Ledger, Financial Statements and Cash Flow.
Track Client Contracts,waivers, Purchase Orders and Insurance.
Must be experienced in QuickBooks.
Hours can be flexible 25 to 35 hours per week. Reply with contact info and Resume
