Create MSO Access Project for recording Student exam results

We require a professional MSO Access programmer to create a project that will be used to record student exam results and store them in a database.

Included in this project / bid request is an example of the data that is recorded for each student - in excel format.

The Access project must run in MSO Access 2007 / 2010 x86 and x64 and must be user driven - with a very high quality graphical user interface.

Data input screens should be laid out for ease / speed of data input, and provision to add students must be simple.

The data for each student will be input on a per year basis - as shown in the horizontal axis in the excel spreadsheet.

As a separate project (or bonused addition to this one) we require comprehensive reporting functionality which will be specified separately.
