Multiple Projects To Convert Templates to Websites

My coworker and I have a queue of 5 simple, static, responsive websites that are we being asked to build. We are both developers with some design experience. We need a designer who would like to be our first contact when we have an overload of design work being asked of us. This will be a long term relationship, not a one time project, so reliability is most important to us.
The primary skills we need are: CSS3, Bootstrap 3/4, jQuery
A majority of these projects will be simple templates that you will receive from us and be asked to convert to a live static website.
