DJs For Charity

I am creating a website, 'DJs For Charity,' that essentially connects musicians that would like to offer their skills to charity to charitable events that require musicians. For example, a hospital fundraiser may require a jazz band and string quartet to play at its event. I currently have a version of the site up at [url removed, login to view] but we are very much limited by the technical scope of the site.

Ideally, I would like users (musicians) to be able to create a profile on the site that would be searchable by event organizers looking for musicians. The most important thing is being able to search by location. Currently, we are having to create profiles ourselves for interested parties, as well as field questions from event organizers, which is clearly not sustainable. The event organizers should be able to contact musicians via e-mail obtained through their profile.
