[login to view URL] Auto Fill from Word Tool

I'm using [url removed, login to view] (DYA)? and receive articles from a writing team. The format of these articles are the article title in bold followed by a multi-paragraph article. I'd like a tool developed that would do the following:

1. Auto-fill the title field in DYA

2. Auto-fill the summary field in DYA with the first full sentence of the article

3. Auto-fill the article body field in DTA

Preferably, I'd like something very simple that requires opening the word document and clicking a "Transfer" button on an application that would auto-fill all fields in DYA mentioned above.
