We seek a Borland Delphi expert who will work on an existing application. The system is built in Delphi 7 with extensive use of Developer Express VCL components, a Fast Report derived report generator, and Microsoft SQL 2005 as database server. We invite software development professionals with true expert knowledge in Delphi 7 and T-SQL to support and maintain this application and to add functionality required by clients. This is an ongoing job, in the beginning we need around 2 months of full-time work to clear off the backlog of open issues. Must have requirements are: -> 2-3 years of client server development using Borland Delphi and MS SQL Server. -> Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken and written) -> reference checks passed (a minimum of 2 references between 2006 and 2008) Please do not apply if your primary development platform is not Borland Delphi with MS SQL server and if you don't have a track record of successfully completed projects with international clients.
