**I've already accepted a quote on this bid. It should not be on the open bid list any longer but it is. Not sure why.
This would be an application that is used to launch an html page with a [login to view URL] file. When a CD is inserted into a machine an html file needs to launch.
This is the executable that is referenced in the auto run file and this application takes the name of the html file and launches it.
It would be a single executable file that would be distributed on CD's. Should be fairly small in file size.
This is a very simple project for someone that knows what they are doing.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
## Platform
It needs to run on Windows 95, 98, 2000, ME, XP Home and XP Professional.
