Disablo Ctrl+Alt+Del under NT/2000/XP

Hello Please note that this is primarily for Windows NT, 2000 and XP! I need to disable/enable Ctrl+Alt+Del functionality, without disturbing Windows (which may result in system error).. This should be done runtime and without the need of reboot or anything like that. Please describe in your bid how you plan to do this, your GMT, possibillity for support if code doesn't work on some machines etc.
