Data Conversion Function in VB6

I have a large number of mailing addresses in a block format that need to be converted to a tab-deliminated text file. I would like to have a VB form designed to help me accomplish this task. SPECIFICATIONS: A single form with two RichTextBox controls and two command buttons. On form load, both RTB's are empty The user manually pastes a list of names from the clipboard into the RTB#1 (using ctrl-v) The user clicks on the command button "Convert" The data in RTB#1 is parsed into 7 data fields (separated by commas): Name Clinic Address1 Address2 City State Zipcode Tel Each address block will be converted to a line in the tab-deliminated text file, until all addresses are parsed. NOTES: (1) each time the "Convert" button is pressed, data lines are appended to existing data in RTB#2 (i.e. they don't overwrite the previous data). In this way, the user can cut & paste many blocks of addresses (usually in groups of 500 or so). (2) The address blocks are in identical format (for the most part). However, some items may be null (e.g. the Clinic name or Address2). Luckily, every block will have at least the "Name" field and the City/State/Zip line to use for landmarks. If a telephone number is missing, a "--" sign will be present. (3) Any address blocks missing one or more of the following fields should be ignored: Name, Address1, City, Zipcode I've attached a sample file so you can see what the data looks like and use for testing purposes. This project requires both a working exe file and the source code.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
