Configurable Instant Messenger For Halsoft Chat

I want an Instant Messenger to log into Halsoft Chat and tell me who on my list is logged in. I also want the options of telling me what room they are in, if they are in the room or sitting in OBS and if they are linked with someone. I also want the option of having it log to a file on all user events while I have the messenger logged in, such as user logging in, user logging out, room changes and in/out of the room. I would want the file to contain, their screen name, change event (log in/out, room change, to the room/OBS, linked y/n, if they are who they are linked to). I am mainly doing this to learn so if you can just get the Instant Messenger to log into Halsoft and check who on my list is online and tell me what ocx you are using, I wouldn't mind taking it from there. Of course I would want all source code and all project and files so that I could load them into my VB program and add other options later. Thanks, Jack
