add a new shipping module for oscommerce

i need someone to modify the multipickup location add-on for oscommerce.

i currently have 6 stores where the buyer can pick up the e-certificate from.

if they choose "Pseudo Pickup" i would like for it to email the store location to inform them of the order and I'd also, like for the buyer to enter a delivery address so that i can send them a hard copy of the certificate.
