Database For testing Site

We are now in need a small database script PHP with MYSQL that? will to do the following:

User will enter? information the system will automatically assign them a? unique ID that we can pass directly to the testing site urls. This link will be added to our shopping as a redirect URL after they have made payment. Admin control panel. See attachement for full specs.

**Basic admin control panel**

1. Password protected for admin access

2. We need the ability to add 3 URLs in the control panel.

3. 1st URL is for first test URL, Second for Second Test URL, Third is for payment URL link that will be added to the uniqueID and it will be attached. For example: <[url removed, login to view]>= (this is where the unique Id will be attached for a direct link to our test site.

4. The second URL will allow us to use if they failed the test.

5. We need the ability to resend the email to user again if they lost the link

6. We need the ability to delete a user and modify their information

7. Each user information and Id will be displayed

8. When the user take the exam, the admin will be notified by the testing company and we want to go to our control and can click pass or failed

9. If passed, an email will be sent to the user to alert them that they pass and will be mailing their certificate.

10. If the user failed the exam, the admin will click failed and? the user will be will be given a new id and the ability to take the test again with the 2nd URL link automatically.

Here is the email that will be sent to user if they failed:

1. If they failed a second time, the user will be deleted out of the system completed but the unique ids will never be used again.

2. An email will be sent to user with a link to pay again. When they pay again from our shopping cart, we will direct them back to this system again to start all over.
