CRC - Wordpress Update For Front End and Back End Contact Forms

Hello,

This is a simple Job for us to explain.

We already have a site designed in worpress and we want to create another page called "Careers". On this page we will neeed visitors to fill out an Online Application.

When the Application is submitted they will go to a "thank you " page.

All of the submitted inputs will go into a backend for the Admin to view the details of the submission.

In Summary:

- add an additional page

- create a front end online application similar to the above link

- create a backend login for admin to view submission

- front end needs the ability to upload a Resume in a doc format and other possible formats
