Our business is about managing airlines and their resources.
A large part of this relates to Airline Crew - Pilots and Flight Attendants.
We have a requirement to pass information onto Crew via Web Portal.
This project is about providing us the design for an Airline Crew Web Portal which will subsequently be developed.
Broadly this contains:
- login
- personal details edit
- Sign On for Work (think time-and-attendance)
- Sign Off for Work (think time-and-attendance)
- signal 'am-available" for work
- send / receive basic messages (160 characters) with 'read receipt'
- view and accept 'duty changes'
- receive crew breifing information
- receive roster information
- display cumulative information on 'work history'
- enter 'expenses'
- request days? off / vacation / annual leave
- a sharepoint? type document management section where airline can post documents, links, lists etc
- upload photo
- manage uniforms (ie sizes etc)
- view technical manual information allocated to crew member
The successful bidder is required to:
- design theme / overall look and feel of site
- sketch / prototype screen flow
Think a consumer based design.
Output to be in Expression Design 3 format.
Site flow to be in Expression Blend SketchFlow format

Further to my previous broadcast message. Let me clarify. The successful bidder will need to work with Expression Blend Sketchflow and myself to finalise the overall design. To allow me to select a bidder, I need all those interested to: - provide me a JOG of a proposed login page (user name and password) and 'front page' theme for the site based on the bid original requirements. ie the graphical 'look and feel' components. From there, we will work with the successful bidder on the finalk design of the site flow (in Sketchflow).
