Build Oscommerce Site & Crawl

OK I need a website built within 24 hours. I need the following things done.

1. new template that i can choose from, and i will modify the graphics within the template myself to fit my company.

2. I need shoes4days dot com crawled. This site needs to be crawled for all the product BIG images and uploaded to my ftp. I need my menu setup same as that website.

3. need offline credit card payment module. I need the card numbers cvv2, and expiration date to be saved on the back end within the admin so i can see it when i pull up the order. I need all card numbers to be accepted even if a customer types a card number starting with a 0, as long as the card number has 16 digits it will go through and save in my admin.

4. need seo url installed for the entire site, for category and product pages, and more if possible

5. need need to be able to download my orders via csv including a small, but visible thumbnail of the item the customer ordered.

6. i have text for the contact us, privacy, shipping and returns, and FAQ page that i need added to the site

7. NEED THIS ALL DONE WITHIN 6-8 HOURS MAX

8. WILLING TO PAY 250.00 USD MAX

This website shall have no errors what so ever, and I want this setup n your server before setup on my server
