buddypress custom blog and advertisement

I need to be able to show ads on specific pages. When I select "show ads on post only" they should only be showing on our blogs, but they are showing on user profile pages too. I only want the ads to show on our blog page, petition page, and special live stream feeds. I also need these ads to be able to text wrap. When I post the ads manually between sentences or paragraphs, the ad creates a white space next to it. I want text to be next to the ads so user can read the text and see the ads at the same time instead of having to scroll past the ad to read the rest of the text. After the project is finished, I should be able to add the ads somewhere and never have to manually enter the ads in the post.

I need to customize existing theme. I want to start a viral video blog where an endless stream of videos automatically loads as user scrolls down. Once the user selects a post, it will take them to a specific url page and after they are done reading or watching the video they can scroll down and review an endless stream of posts (videos) once again. Right now, users have to use the backspace button to go back to the page to review all the posts. The theme is already set up to automatically upload posts when you scroll down. This custom work needs to work on all pages with posts.

Minor changes to either project may be required. Any major project changes will be entitled to a small increase in cost. If you require more than 20% upfront, do not bid, I will not select you. After that, I will only pay you once the job is complete.
