I need a clone of [login to view URL] - a news community forum which creates forum topics from popular news headlines. the site also allows user-generated forums.

What I want is a variation of this site. The script should monitor news sites that are controlled by me thru an admin panel. These sites will be monitored for news headlines based on niche-related keywords. Selected headlines will be scraped and used as forum topics in related news forums automatically.
It is important that the entire script be controlled thru a user-friendly admin panel.
There should also be adequate advertising control for banners/adsense code which should appear on every page.
The site also has a section for membership for users to enter their personal information and upload avatars/pictures. The admin panel should also control this user-database and have the ability to send emails to all users.
