Babysitting site needing additional features. Work must stay in the same schema or concept of the current programming. Need to know the flat rate and length of time it will take you to complete.

REQUIREMENT
1. Need parents email notification when a sitter joins their state.
2a)Need a description section (not required entry) and
2b)a photo upload for parents to explain their needs or what they are looking for in a babysitter.
3a). Ability for parents to post a babysitting job in a database.
3b)Every morning an email is sent about all the job postings submitted by parents in the sitters area.
3c)Sitters will be able to contact the parent, after paying an annual free to contact the parents directly.
3d)Will need setup similar to what I have now for parents payment to contact the sitters.
4)sitters to have the ability to browse through parent profiles (only disclosing username, city, state, photo and description) for free.
Please note: COMMUNICATION is the key, if you can not provide daily or regular communication, do not apply. I have no problems of giving an extention of timeframe if communication is consistant.
IMPORTANT: I WILL NOT BANK WIRE. I will consider ikobo if it is not an inconvienance to myself. However, please be prepared to accept funds through PAYPAL or GAF.
