A simple Java GUI

I want a Java application with a simple, but nice User Interface.

There is a project where various bidded bid on it.

I evaluate the biddings and put marks on how well the bid matches the specifications.

For companyA i mark 100 points to taskA, 90 points to taskB etc..

taskA accumulates for 2% of the total mark

taskB takes 4% of the total mark

After i mark each task, the total mark is provided.

Using an XML file for projects, and a simple db table or XML to store results will be great. Check attached file
