Desktop feed program(repost)

This is a desktop program. I will need both the program and installer package.

## Deliverables

A scrolling custom news feed which runs across the bottom of your screen just like it does on your TV news. The application should be an easy to download app that runs automatically when connected to the internet. News will scroll across the screen from the customized sources which the user picks, with each piece of news being hyperlinked to that piece of news. It ok to borrow and use existing RSS news aggregators and readers when building this.

The sites which we want to pull content from are the following. This should be customizable - let users select from a check box menu which feeds they want to subscribe to. For twitter and fbook - they will have to log in one time using thier respective ids.

1.A simple website from which they can download program file

2. Analytics about how many are download and open.
