Another PageRank

I need the JAVA program to be able to do the following: I give it the number of nodes and edges in a graph, and wither the edges have weights or not. it constructs the graph -random graph i dont not need to specify which node connects to which it is supposed to generate this randomly-. AFter that it generates the graph in any form in memory I dont care wether its an array, a matrix, linked list whatever. Then I need to choose which algorithm to run on the generated graph. 1 of 4 options: 1-PageRank algorithm 2- HITS algorithm 3-Weoghted PageRank- PageRank but the edges of the graph has weights- 4- and finally a modified PagRank where edges and nodes has random weights as well. I have the formulas that I need to be programed into java code, which I can send you as well. The output should be something like the attached [url removed, login to view] which I then can use in Excel to analyze the data, and draw charts.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
