Hello, Fun job for some one. I need thumbnails resized, but there is a catch... On each page there are ten thumbs, of various sizes like so: [login to view URL] So.. the winning bidder will have to go through image by image and make them the right sizes. There are 38 sets to do with an average of 170 images each. Need this done ASAP so please tell me in your bid when this can be started and completed by. Questions, comments, just let me know. Yes I know about batch thumbs, I could do the whole set myself in minutes with image ready if it were possible to automate the process. It is not so easy... [login to view URL] See how the images are all different sizes? Even if I wrote a script to cycle through and do the first 3 one size, then the next one another and so on, it would still not work. This is because some pics are horizontal and some are vertical, requiring cropping to fit in the spaces that are also sometimes horizontal and sometimes vertical. In other words, some vertical pics must go in horizontal spots, and some horizontal pics must go in vertical spots, meaning they have to be cropped. Having a computer crop the images does not work, because a computer does not have any means to know what looks good, and when it is cropping the pictures on the eyeballs or something. THIS IS WHY YOU BASICALLY HAVE TO DO EVERY THUMB INDIVIDUALLY!! What can I say? That is how the client wants it. Does this make sense? If you have a better idea, fine... let me hear it, but I have thought this through quite a bit. Here is the good news... you don't have to do every thumb. I already have all the thumbs - Just fix the ones that look crappy - most.
