What I need done: 1) Pop Up Graphic #1 for [url removed, login to view] - This graphic will announce our grand opening and will have the text “Welcome To [url removed, login to view] Grand Opening?? and then somewhere else on the ad, it will say “Click Here To Register??. The link for the ad will be: [url removed, login to view] This ad should have a Sims Online theme of some kind, with falling snow for winter (snow falling can be a java script or flash). The ad should be very appealing and eye-catching. The ad will load when the site opens (pop’s up). 2) Pop Under Ad ??" We need an ad created that will pop under the page, and will say, “Thank you for your visit to [url removed, login to view], did you register? If not, please register to receive TSO news and information at [url removed, login to view]?? This should have a Sims Online theme of some kind as well ??" and doesn’t have to have falling snow. What we will also need is for the developer of these ads to write up how we implement them into our site. We will implement them, but the developer must write up and trouble shoot our implementation. We are using .php pages ??" in a phpnuke format just so you know. The payout or monies is dependent on if we can get them to launch properly. We need these done by 12/14/02. Thanks, TheSimsCommunity

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased.
