Convert flash movie to AVI

I need someone to take a swf flash movie I purchased from templatemonster and convert the overall size to 720x480 pixels (to match DV AVI video file size) and convert it to AVI video. It must be highest possible quality, no compression, audio included. The outputted AVI file must be high enough quality to match an uncompressed AVI video file.

I also need the person to delete all the addon animation that is triggered when a user clicks the buttons within the flash movie. I just need the initial animation that auto plays. You should keep the initial animation playing for 1 minute, so when exported the avi file is 1 minute long.

So again I need the outputted AVI file to be 720x480 pixels as close to 29.97 framerate and highest quality audio & video as possible. When I tried exporting the file for some reason the AVI played MUCH faster than it did when in flash format. So you must compensate for this and it should play in AVI format at the same speed as it does in flash format.

This is a real easy project for anyone who knows Macromedia flash. I dont so I need some help. Basically just a little deleting, editing and exporting and your done.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
