cronjob creating php page

We currently have a cronjob running, which updates multiple rss feeds in our database (the rss feeds then saved and are not live, which is done to increase loading speed). When they are updated, they are written down in a directory, each in a separate php file, e.g.

RSS feed of Cnn Top Stories is called "cnn top [login to view URL]", and includes the following:

etc.

Now the folllowing needs to be done:

1) The complete directory (eg. called /rss/) with all php files (rss feeds) need to be copied, once a day, to another directory (/archive/rss/).

2) This /archive/rss/ needs to be renamed, structured by year month day, eg. archive/20061221.

3) A file, called [login to view URL], reads all the rss feeds in a directory and displays these. One line ($filename = "20061221/" . $record['option'] . ".php"; line number 72) needs to be altered every day to the appropriate directory, and the altered file needs to be saved under a different name ([login to view URL]), and it needs to be included in /archive/lists/.

4) There is another main file in which a link needs to made to this [login to view URL] file, once again with the appropriate date mentioned.

5) Lastly, there are a lot of feeds, situated in blocks. After every block of x feeds in the [login to view URL] file, a block of adsense needs to be shown.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

4) The style of work delivered needs to be in compliance with the current css standards of the base site.
