This project is NOT simple.
I ask for only serious coders bid on this, seeing as I am willing to pay alot of money for this script, please remember, best pitch, with best price wins.
This panel, MUST be designed to fit into my upcoming system. Which I will send to the winner of the bid. Just the actual script cannot conflict with the design, it doesn't have to look a certain way.
Here are some of the tasks.
- MUST Use Windows Platform!!!
- ALL Half-Life mods MUST BE SUPPORTED
- Ability to start/stop/reboot from my website control panel
- Little extra security is needed since my control panel will handle most of the security features
- MUST READ USERS FROM A TEXT FILE, In a format thats easy to be written to automatically, not all asciid up!
(i.e. username:password:commandline)
- Ability to view the files in their folder and upload new content to their folder FROM my website VIA FTP.
- Must run STRICTLY on the text file that gets written to (so that accounts can be instantly suspended or removed without in depth coding by my end).
- Following Languages can be used: Perl, ASP, PHP.
- Must be able to add IP Policies to the Half-Life Banlist (IP banning from website)
- Must be able to edit the maplist via the website.
- Must be able to view server statistics. ( Players, Deaths, Team Score, ability to kick/ban each person)
- Must run off of variables (?user=name&password=(md5 password))
- Must include exact instructions on how to run everything, including direct URL's to do certain actions.
- Must be able to view status of gameserver. (online/offline)
- Ability to instantly install MetaMod/AdminMod.
- Ability to instantly install hlguard/StatsMe.
- Must be able to run Steam (1.6) and Counter-Strike 1.5 retail.
Thats about it... A couple extra features may be added before I accept the bid.
## Deliverables
Aside from the list below. I must say.
The true deliverable im asking for, beside exclusive rights to this program, is that this program WORKS perfectly, no errors, no crashes, it must be test ran for 1 week at minimum to ensure it works, and all features work, without crashing. If system crashes, it must be rebuilt not to crash.
I have used rentacoder before, and well, I didnt get the deliverables I asked for, and the guy just left on the project, and I had a half-complete project.
Thus, the system must work, be tested, all of the layout must be done, before a single cent is transfered, Im good for the money, just after my last experience, I truly must be assured that the program is working, and ready to roll.
Now onto the basic deliverables.
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
