ASP/Excel Order form

I require a webpage in asp/html to be able to accept products that I enter into a spreadsheet (excel) to be displayed in tabular form on a page.

The page will be used to display products and accept orders from users. The page will then need to email me directly with the order details, and also store these details in an access db.

The site should have the ability to click on a buy button which will add the product to the order. The user will be able to buy multiple products on the one order.

The site will be hosted on my own server which is running exchange 2003/IIS6.0.

The excel spreadsheet will need to be able to be modified on a regular basis to increase the amount of items and change pricing details, etc.

The access database will store all the details regarding the product as well as the users email address, name, company, postal address, phone number, etc.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

Server backend is win2k3/exchange 2k3.
