Our client has an application already working. The application has been designed on microsoft access. They want to convert the database to SQL and the front end to asp.net. The application is use to capture and record information about individuals that are requesting housing on some areas of our country. All the funtionalities of the app will remain the same. We will add 3 to 4 modifications to it in regards security. More information will be available after initial contact with the coder
In simple words the app works in this way: when some one goes to an office of the housing departmen the employe there ask then a bunch of questions, name, social security, phone, family members and info like that. Then the employe asigned the case a priority from diferents priorities avilable to select with a check mark. After that on another module someone checks on pendind cases and asigned an apartment. And also it has like 30 diferents reports from a pull down menu. That is preatty all, so it has like 7 to 10 screens and like 30 reports.
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
