c++ enhancement of message receiver(repost)

i have a c++ message program that locates it self in the taskbar and i need to put a menu for right click with hystory of last 5 messages received and left click action to open a link.

it does not have to have a possibility of the exit !! the user should not have the ability to close the application once is it installed it also should not have the ability to uninstall. the aplication must autostart

telegrafix should have the ability to auto update itself to a newwer version...the clients running the old version should not need to install the new version.

also, if you can make a better installer for it it would be great.

the concept: it is an aplication used for notifiyng clients and testing the connection to internet.

also it needs to have the ability to set the windows firewall to allow incoming echorequest and to send ICMP to "[login to view URL]" with 1400 Bytes of data and remember if the pachet loss was over 1% for the entire sesion, generate a report and send the report the next time it has internet connection or as soon as the internet connection is on. all this without spooking antipyware and antivirus programs.

if it cannot be done without spooking those programs, then it should be done 2 versions: lite version with just the notifications...and full with the connection tester.
