Need a small Program (console also) which we can read exclusive locked Files, such as SQL Server Database, Windows Registry Files (\windows\system32\config\software) and copy to a new file.
It should also have the ability to restore them or replace them at boot. (reboot should be done only in restore or replace task).
backup:
say backup -b \windows\system32\config\software
so it will backup and create \windows\system32\config\[url removed, login to view]
Now if I say restore
backup -r \windows\system32\config\[url removed, login to view]
\windows\system32\config\software it will restore the file at next reboot. Multiple file restore should be made possible if given through a bat file.

## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

(No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
