Deadlock-free resource allocation scheme

This assignment is to write a program to implement a deadlock-free resource allocation scheme using the Banker's algorithm and use it to simulate a multiprogramming system. We will assume that a number of jobs will be running concurrently and competing for resources. Each job will declare in advance the maximum claim of each of the resources. All requests by the processes are expected to be within this declared limit, and any request violating this limit must be treated as illegal.
