In this C assignment, I will have to write a program that ***UNSCRAMBLES*** an encrypted file using a public 10-character key that is stored in a text file. Your program must then read through the entire encrypted file and convert the data in that file (according to the algorithm explained below) into plain text which it then WRITES to a file called either: [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], or [url removed, login to view] (again depending on the choice 'a', 'b', or 'c' the user made at the start of the program). The encrypted file may contain any number of lines, but each line will not exceed 120 characters. You may read through the file one character at a time, or on a line by line basis.

The assignment has to be done in C language at a beginner level. I can't use global variables, structures. At the end of the program I need a description of the logic(method) used in the program. (sort of like a desk check).
