DHCP CLEANUP UTILITY(repost)(repost)

The purpose of the utility is for domain maintenance.

I need a C++/C# written command line utility that can accept as arguments the following parameters:

1) DHCP SERVER IP ADDRESS

2) DOMAIN NAME

3) USERNAME

4) PASSWORD

5) DHCP SCOPE

6) DHCP IP ADDRESS

7) MAC ADDRESS

The utility should then:

1) Use the information to authenticate itself on the dhcp server

2) Locate the target dhcp scope

3) Enumerate all the DHCP address reservations and see if the dhcp ip address (6) above is present. if it is it should remove it.

4) Similarly, numerate all the DHCP address reservations and see if the mac address (7) above is present. if it is it should remove it.

5) Following this tidy up excercise it should add the dhcp address reservation in the scope(5) provided with the ip(6) address and mac(7) address provided.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
