But i would like to add following features in the application
End user and Member company User Interface customization
Automatic reconnect on reboot
Ability to transmit sounds from end user computer
Remote shutdown, reboot, logoff,
Session counter (time logged on, Idle time and total time spent in session)
Ability to Video Record the sessions (via flash files and/or Compressed video) and log session activity
Ability to record time actively working, Idle and total time on PC and store data in the log file
Ability for users to schedule their remote connection sessions
Prominent banner on screen notifying user that a session is active
Multi session support (Tech can work on multiple computers)
Ability to limit number of concurrent connections
Ability to increase performance by selecting colours, display, theme, sound, background etc...
