ActiveX Uploader .ocx

ok, Ever heard of XUpload? well its an activeX upload in .ocx format... you can view a demo here: [url removed, login to view] I want something like this, but instead of having the user click on buttons to select files/folders there should be a little explorer window to the left pane that allows the user to drag files back and forth for upload / download....
