We require someone to write a very small ASP.NET application. The application will be used to track counts of 6 different reasons. For example, we have a call centre that receives inbound calls from customers. Sometimes they do not wish to go ahead with our services, and it is due to one of 6 reasons...
1. They do not wish to use a credit card
2. The service is too expensive
3. They found someone else to do the job
4. They are located out of our service area
5. We do not have someone available to do their job
6. They hung up after being on hold for too long
We currently manually track these 6 reasons on a whiteboard, but would like to have an ASP.NET application track them for us, with the results submitted to an SQL database.
