Create an iOS and Android app similar to MSQRD

I need a custom that will function very similar to MSQRD by applying real-time filters and overlays to the users image using the camera on their mobile device. Users will need to be able to swipe between about 10 masks/filters/overlays to see which one they like best. Once a user has selected a filter they need to be able to capture the image or a short video and share it on various social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and any others that may be possible.
I'll provide images of what the masks/filters/overlays should look like. You'll use these images to create the 3D masks to use within the app.
The app will need to be downloaded from the App Store or Android Market.
Please familiarize yourself with the MSQRD app to ensure you are capable of creating similar 3d masks/filters and using the necessary face detection to apply them in a very realistic manner.
