Gather Google+ ID, vzNet, Facebook ID

We need to gather the ID's from users using

Facebook

Google+

and a German site called

I want to add it as a widget within the ZenDesk product, however when I tried to implement the Facebook API it would not work. So you may have to create a separate page insert in iFrame then try to get it via a cross site call.
