Demo Live Broadcasting Radio Site using HTML5 and WebRTC

I need someone to create a demo page that will allow one user to be set up as a broadcaster for an online radio station. The page will then create a link where users can then listen to the feed they are broadcasting.

This MUST be done with HTML5 and WebRTC P2P and Opus Codec.

Embedding the stream with the HTML5 <audio> element.

This project is just for the demo and proof of concept.

We are looking to build an online radio station using this technology and want to make sure it is doable.

Please use only free or open source technologies for this project.

You must be willing to provide ALL source code for the project as well as documentation for it if necessary.
