Build a webpages that combine some JAVA functions

I am working on a project that needs to produce webpages to showcase three large-scale collages made by visual elements from several dozens of news pictures, and a timeline that shows the source news images, captions, and some textual information, on the same page.
Currently, I am looking for someone to combine the functions of the following two Java Script modules together on one page, and am also open to other suggestions and ideas that can satisfy the needs of similar functions.

Because the collage images are very high-resolution files, I need the zoomable function for viewers to be able to zoom in and out of the collage, and drag it to view specific parts of the image they desired.
Meanwhile, I hope the individual parts of the zoomable collage to be clickable and linked to its source image featured on the timeline.
I have layered Photoshop PSD files of two of the three collages, and am just beginning to produce the timeline contents. I need at least one collage page to be produced by end of March, and the other two be done by end of May.
