a reailly simple scrolling javascript fix

Hi,

I have a website with continus scrolling div. It is currently working on [login to view URL] However, I have an issue. When you mouse over on upper arrow, content goes up, but if you wait enough, you will see white blank page. If you mouse over on down arrow, it does not happen.

I read source code and fount out that scrollUp() is called when you mouse over on the upper arrow. so I guess fixing scrollup a little bit would fix this issue.

Someone who knows about javascript, I think, can fix it within minutes.

My budget for this is $10. If it is too small, let me know.
