Assess a 'Free Energy' device for me to see if it can really work

In this project I require a professional and experienced person to assess a free energy device that I have had created for me and purchased the intellectual property rights to. It is on paper (only consisting of a few pages in total length) and I need it assessed to see if it is likely to reliably and practically work in real life when constructed.
We will sign a non-disclosure agreement in this project to ensure all intellectual property rights to the device remain my own.
