I have designed a timeline webpage in Photoshop based on the look and functionality of the AnneFrank timeline. I need my PSD design to be coded and working just like the link with clean HTML, CSS & JS:

The link features lots of rollover activity, sounds and dragging. Here are the parts of that site we will need cloned:
- Users can click on the images to open lightbox style popup windows with back/next buttons that shift the timeline in the background.
- Images are only loaded when they are visible on the screen.
- Users can use their mouse to click and drag the timeline in the center as well as the little white box indicator below the timeline.
- Users can click on the thin rectangles below the timeline to jump to that time.
You'll need to have a great grasp of html, css and jquery to pull this off.
Everyone bidding for this project must use HTML/CSS/Javascript and JQuery. NO FLASH PLEASE.
