  We are not good designers and the Mock Up we have provided is only a guide. Please feel free to present any alternatives. We are looking for a good looking page or pages that best fit the job that we are trying to complete. We will consider any design.

  It is the 1st action on the page to select a row from the list in the left hand window. It might be better to have only this showing initially then after the selection is made the other two boxes would display.

  The left window is nothing more than a selection picker. Once a Row has been selected the data is used to populate the right window. The job of the left window is done. I can disappear.

  So far I understand the requirements is that first window will be a page that would contain logo and some textboxes (to be filled) and checkboxes and when a textbox is filled and checked , their data will be recorded and they will proceed to another window with that conversational form (chat type) where they would be asked some questions and they would be able to answer it by choosing an option , and that data will also be recorded and on third window a curl request would be made to API with that entered/recorded data sent as a json string and it would return with a response. Is that the exact process ?

     By selecting the check box from the left window the right window will be populated with data related to the selected object.

     The text conversation will be used to add data to the right window that is missing. At this stage we only need to you get the text conversation working. We will do the data interaction from the text box to the Free Form Box. This interaction will not be necessary for the competition.

  The right window will display a free form data entry screen. The form details will be provided by a curl call to an API which will return a Jason String.

  The left window will be a list with a checkbox. A Curl Call will be made to an API which will return a JSON string with a list of text data to be displayed in the left widow. Only one row can be checked.

  API's are fairly simple and have a Swagger interface for testing. Typically they will be called using curl with json strings as arguments. Again fairly simple calls. Swagger will give examples as will PostMan.

  This is a normal FreeLancer Competition. The winner will be the person that submits the best web page. The API that feeds the left hand list will return a JSON string. The Form will PUT a Json string. There are three API's all use JSON strings and are standard CRUD actions. The API's will be provided privately to entrants that have provided the web page that is more or less what we are after.There will be follow on work if the page entered meets our expectations.

  I will pay the $250 to the winner if it meets my requirements I will not guarantee the contest as then I have to pay regardless of the quality of the entries. I spend a lot of money on Development and my reputation is good. If your confident of the quality of your code please enter. If not don't this is not a free ride. I won't waste your time I will quickly tell you if your entry is in contention and I will stop you if you are on the wrong track. I am a coder myself and I understand the processes well.
