Needing a t-shirt design. Town is Woodland Park Colorado. I prefer it to be a humorous shirt. Something along the lines of Population or pop. 7,642..and a jackass with a phone. Can use jackass or dumbass or anything along those lines. I would like the #2 crossed out in the population and replaced with the #1. This is a small mountain village where one citizen does nothing but film everything with his phone..poor locals..lol I've attached screenshots of the town vibe. Need it to be in PNG, PDF, TIFF 300dpi

Nice design in #1 , but I'm really needing that Population punchline to be included. Could possibly work with a double-sided tee, but also need to keep in mind the cost factor.
