I have a photo of myself. Primarily I need to remove the background and replace it with something which looks better. It must look natural. Secondly I would like to apper cool on the photo, so feel free to show your skills in retouching.

Attached are following files:

You can of course start from scratch. Primary goal is to change background.

Edit:
After seeing lots of your results, here are some remarks:
- please rotate the original photo a little bit to make me stay straight
- please make the result look really natural. You may need to play with lights and shadows.
- please do not put me on strange or unusual places unless it looks really really good
- when background is fine, I will ask you to incorporate my retouches you can see in the psd file (hanky in pocket, little finger fixups on my left hand, sleeves overlap, tighten tie, less fat on my neck, .... please compare my retouched version with original to see the differencies I've already made)
- the result should be in the same mode like the original photo - a man standing in the center of the photo, do not enlarge the empty space around myself
